1. Scope of Application
These Terms govern access to and use of the website meyeralliance.com. The website is operated by Meyer Alliance Sp. z o.o., KRS 0000573445, NIP 5223037066, Puławska 34/BUD.10, 05-500 Piaseczno, Poland. Contact: [email protected], +48 798 124 198.
By using the website, you accept these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it by these Terms.
2. Informational Nature of the Website
The website’s materials are of a general informational and marketing nature. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, an opinion, a guarantee of outcome, a public offer, or an obligation to enter into a contract.
Decisions should be made only after analyzing your specific circumstances and obtaining individual advice. Legislation, administrative practice, and requirements of banks or registers may change, and the information on the website may not reflect such changes immediately.
3. Ordering and Provision of Services
Submitting a form, letter, or message does not establish a contractual relationship and does not oblige the Company to accept an assignment. A service is considered agreed only after the Company confirms the scope of work, price, deadlines, payment terms, and all other material terms, and, where required, after signing a separate contract or accepting an offer.
Deadlines, costs, and the possibility of achieving a result depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided, the actions of the client, third parties, public authorities, courts, banks, notaries, translators, and other independent entities. Any deadlines indicated on the website are approximate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. User and Client Responsibilities
You undertake to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date, and lawfully obtained information; promptly review drafts and instructions; observe deadlines; ensure the necessary authorizations, originals, translations, signatures, and payments; and independently notify us of any changes that may affect the service.
The Company has the right to rely on the information provided without independent verification, unless such verification is expressly included in the scope of service. The party supplying incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unlawfully obtained data bears the consequences of doing so.
5. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to use the website for unlawful activities, violating third-party rights, distributing malicious code, circumventing security measures, automated extraction of content, overloading the infrastructure, impersonation, collecting personal data without grounds, or copying materials for commercial purposes without written permission. If abuse is suspected, the Company may restrict access and take legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the design, code, texts, graphics, trademarks, structure, and other elements of the website are owned by the Company or lawfully used. You may view and save individual materials solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, adaptation, publication, sale, licensing, creation of derivative works, or systematic data extraction requires prior written consent.
7. External Links and Services
Links to third-party websites, platforms, and profiles are provided for your convenience. The Company does not control their availability, security, content, terms, or data processing, and accepts no responsibility for the actions of such third parties. You access them at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, absence of viruses, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or achievement of any specific administrative, commercial, tax, or legal outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business reputation, opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from use of the website, reliance on its materials, unavailability of the website, or actions of third parties.
If liability cannot be excluded, the Company's total liability related solely to the use of the free website is limited to 500 PLN. This limitation does not apply where its exclusion is prohibited by mandatory provisions of law, in particular in cases of intent, harm to life or health, or with respect to non-waivable consumer rights. Liability for paid services is governed by a separate agreement.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, the user undertakes to compensate the Company for documented damages and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or provision of unlawful content.
11. Availability and Changes
The Company may, without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or certain features, update materials and these Terms, or correct errors. The current version applies from the date of publication.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the Company's registered office, unless mandatory provisions—particularly those on consumer protection—provide for a different competent court or other non-waivable rights.
Before initiating court proceedings, the parties must make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute through written negotiations. This provision does not limit the right to seek urgent interim relief or to submit a case to a public authority.
13. Final Provisions
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force, and the invalid provision shall be applied to the maximum permitted extent closest to its original economic purpose. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
