Please do not provide special categories of personal data, information about criminal convictions, or documents of third parties unless required for the requested service and agreed with us. By submitting another person’s data, you confirm that you have a lawful basis for doing so.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed in order to respond to inquiries and take pre-contractual steps; to conclude and perform contracts; to provide accounting, registration, corporate, translation, and related services; to fulfill tax, accounting, archiving, and other legal obligations; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; to ensure security, prevent misuse, and administer the website; to conduct business communication and direct marketing of our own services within the limits permitted by law.

The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) GDPR, and where required – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Our legitimate interests include business development, customer service, documentation of communications, ensuring IT security, protecting the Company’s property and rights, and fraud prevention.

5. Sources of data

We usually receive data directly from you. In certain cases, data may be received from your employer, representative, business partner, notary, translator, government register, publicly available source, or another person involved in providing the service.

6. Recipients and Processors

Data may be shared with authorised employees and contractors of the Company, providers of IT infrastructure, hosting, email, cloud solutions, accounting and payment systems, professional advisors, translators, notaries, banks, courier and postal operators, as well as public authorities and courts when required by law or for the protection of our rights.

We disclose only the amount of data necessary for the relevant purpose and apply contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards.

7. Transfers Outside the EEA

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another mechanism provided by the GDPR, with supplementary measures applied as necessary.

8. Data Retention Periods

Data relating to inquiries is stored for the period necessary to provide a response and maintain subsequent relations, typically no longer than 3 years after the last contact unless a longer period is justified by the protection of claims. Contractual, accounting and tax documents are retained for the periods required by applicable law, generally at least 5 years, and data related to potential claims is kept until the expiry of the relevant limitation periods. Technical logs are usually retained for up to 12 months, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

9. Your Rights

If you have a legal basis as provided by law, you have the right to request access to your data, receive a copy, rectify, erase or restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also object to direct marketing at any time.

You can submit a request to [email protected]. To prevent unauthorized disclosure, we may reasonably request identity verification. A response will be provided within the timeframes set by the GDPR.

10. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office of Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) if you believe that processing violates the GDPR.

11. Cookies and Technical Technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for interface operation, security, technical settings, and correct page display. The server and infrastructure providers may automatically create technical logs. Optional analytical or marketing technologies may only be used based on a legal basis and, where required, after obtaining consent.

Following links to external services, including Facebook, means interacting with an independent operator that processes data under its own terms. We do not control how such services process data.

12. Automated Decisions

We do not make decisions regarding website visitors based solely on automated processing that would produce legal or comparably significant effects.

13. Security and user responsibility

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, taking into account the nature of the data and processing risks. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Do not send confidential documents through unsecured channels without prior agreement.
